Frequently Asked Questions
Is this Adjust’s official MCP?
No. Orphex is an independent product that connects to your Adjust account through Adjust’s API.
Can my assistant make a change without asking me?
Not by default: it shows you the preview and asks before it confirms. If you click “Always allow” for Orphex, it can confirm on its own. To keep a person on every change, require a second approver in your workspace.
Do changes cost credits?
No. On MCP plans, reads, previews, approved changes, undo and creating campaigns cost no credits. In the Orphex web app, Creative AI shows its cost first, and Impact Analysis shows a credit cap first and uses credits for each effect it finds.
Which AI assistants work with Orphex?
Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot.
Can someone who doesn’t use Claude or ChatGPT approve a change?
Yes. Pending changes can be approved on the pending changes screen in the Orphex web app.
