Orphex MCP

Orphex MCP / Controlled changes

See every change before it reaches your ad account.

Your assistant proposes the change and Orphex shows a preview with live values from the platform. Nothing changes until it’s confirmed, and every change lands in one history you can undo from, within the limits below.

The Free plan includes 50 changes a month, and a workspace admin turns them on in Settings first. See pricing

Your assistant proposes the change. Orphex reads the current values from the platform and shows before and after. Nothing has changed yet.

Example

Lower the Prospecting Broad budget by 20%.

Here is the change. Nothing has reached Meta yet.

OrphexPreview · 1 ad set budget
Ad setNowNew
Meta · Prospecting Broad$4,300/day$3,440/day
Checks passed · Confirm within 15 minutes

A budget move, start to finish.

On a $200K/month account, you ask your assistant to move 20% of Meta prospecting budget to Google Search. It proposes one change per campaign, and each preview shows the current and new daily budget, read live from the platform. You spot a retargeting campaign in the list by mistake, reject that one and confirm the rest. A week later, the change history shows all of it next to the edits your team made in Ads Manager.

Check a change before you propose it.

A readiness check asks whether the platform would accept a change before you propose it. It answers eligible, blocked or unknown, and it changes nothing.

An eligible result isn’t an approval. The preview runs every check again, because the account may have changed in between.

For example: on a Meta account, an ad set budget change was refused because the campaign above it owned the budget. The readiness check found that before anything was written.

Example
Check · Blocked
Change
Set ad set budget to $500/day

Reason
The campaign above it owns the budget

Nothing was written. Change the campaign budget instead, or move the ad set.

When someone else should approve.

Second approver. A workspace can require a second person to approve each change. The preview then waits for that approval before it can be confirmed. Ask your assistant what is outstanding and it lists the requests waiting on a decision.

Pending changes screen. The approver signs off in the Orphex web app, so they don’t need the same AI assistant, or any assistant.

For example: a media buyer drafts a budget change in Claude on Friday afternoon. The team lead, who doesn’t use Claude, opens the pending changes screen, reads the preview and approves it.

What happens when you click “Always allow”.

Your assistant asks before it calls a tool that can change something. “Always allow” stops those prompts, for Orphex too: your assistant can then preview and confirm a change without asking you in between.

What still holds when you click it:

  • A change runs only through a preview read live from the platform.
  • The confirmation runs that preview byte for byte, within 15 minutes.
  • If your workspace requires a second approver, a different person has to approve before the change can run. The requester’s own approval doesn’t count.
  • Every change lands in the change history.

To keep a person on every change, turn on the second approver, or keep “Always allow” off for Orphex.

Example

  1. Daily budget $4,300 → $3,440 · confirmed by DenizOrphex

Isn’t read-only safer?

For the ad account itself, read-only is safer: a tool that can’t write can’t make a wrong change.

The change still has to happen. Someone reads the recommendation and makes it by hand in Ads Manager or Google Ads: no preview built from live values, no readiness check, no second approver unless your team adds one, and no link between the analysis and the change.

Controlled changes keep the safety and remove the copy-paste. If you want read-only, you can have it in Orphex: changes stay off for a workspace until an admin turns them on.

For example: a recommendation says “cut the budget on these six ad sets by 15%.” By hand, that is six edits and six chances to type the wrong number. In Orphex it is six previews, each with the current and new value, read before you confirm.

Before you turn on changes.

As of October 2026.

Plan
The Free plan includes 50 changes a month, and a workspace admin turns them on in Settings first. Each confirmed change counts once against the monthly limit, a keyword batch counts as one change, and rejected or expired previews don’t count. Current prices are in the pricing section. Web app packages are priced on request.
Workspace setting
Changes are switched on per workspace, by a workspace admin in Settings. A workspace also sets which platforms and change tools are on, and whether a second approver is required.
Platforms
Changes on 15 ad platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Microsoft Advertising, Apple Ads, LinkedIn, Pinterest and Snapchat, plus 10 more tools, among them GA4, Google Tag Manager, Adjust, AppsFlyer, App Store Connect and Shopify. The kinds of change differ by platform: see each platform.
What can’t be undone
Deletes: Google Ads, Meta and TikTok publish no restore, and re-creating an object gives it a new id. Most newly created campaigns and ads can’t be undone either. Archive instead of delete if you may want it back.
Delete previews
A delete preview is Orphex’s own live read of the target. The platform judges a delete only when you confirm it.
Creating campaigns
Everything Orphex creates starts paused and spends nothing until a separate, confirmed activation. One campaign per request, except on Google Ads, where 2 to 10 campaigns can open in one approval. On Meta, a campaign is four previews and four confirmations: campaign, ad set, creative and ad. Ads can be created in bulk from a sheet on Google Ads, Meta and TikTok (up to 20 per approval on TikTok). Each workspace has a daily limit on how many objects it creates.
Time limits
A confirmation is valid for 15 minutes; the request stays open for 24 hours.
Credits
Previews, approved changes, undo and creating campaigns cost no credits.

Frequently asked questions.

Can my assistant make a change without asking me?

Not by default: it shows you the preview and asks before it confirms. If you click “Always allow” for Orphex, it can confirm on its own. To keep a person on every change, require a second approver in your workspace.

Can someone who doesn’t use an AI assistant approve changes?

Yes. A second approver signs off on the pending changes screen in the Orphex web app.

Can I undo a change?

Budget and status changes, yes: the undo tool previews the reverse change and you confirm it. Deletes and most newly created objects can’t be undone.

Does every change cost credits?

No. Previews, approved changes, undo and creating campaigns cost no credits. Only Impact Analysis and Creative AI use credits, and you see the cost first.

Can I keep Orphex read-only?

Yes. Changes stay off for a workspace until an admin turns them on in Settings, so leave them off.

Connect an account.
Ask your first question.

Connect your Meta and Google accounts on the Free plan and ask your first question. When you’re ready for changes, a workspace admin turns them on, and each one is previewed and waits for a confirmation.
