DataNeeds Google to report which keyword served each term. Your assistant sets the thresholds and the groups. Ask it to use yours.

The problem.

When two campaigns chase the same query, conversion history splits across both. Google picks which one wins, not you.

What you can do in Orphex.

Ask your assistant
Which search terms were served by more than one campaign last month? Add them as negatives to the campaign that converts them worse.
  1. Orphex reads each search term with the keyword, ad group and campaign that served it.

  2. Your assistant flags real overlap, compares cost per conversion, and leaves deliberate splits you name, like geo or language, alone.

  3. The packet adds the negatives to the weaker campaign only. You confirm, or drop a term first.

What you’ll see

Example

Which search terms were served by more than one campaign last month? Add them as negatives to the campaign that converts them worse.

Four terms were served by both Running shoes and Shoes · Generic. Running shoes converts them at a lower cost. Here are the 4 negatives for Shoes · Generic. Nothing has reached Google Ads yet.

The result.

What Orphex reads for you

  • Each search term with the keyword, ad group and campaign that served it
  • Cost, CPC and cost per conversion for each pairing
  • Whether a term is a brand term

After you confirm

  • The negatives go to the weaker campaign only. You confirm, or drop a term first.
  • Undo proposes removing those negatives.

Overlap shows only when Google reports which keyword served each term, so without that the comparison isn’t available.

Ask it another way.

  • Are our campaigns competing with each other?
  • Find keywords that overlap across campaigns.
  • Which search terms trigger more than one ad group?

Questions.

What if the keyword mapping isn’t there?

Then the comparison isn’t available, so there’s nothing to move.

Will it break a geo or language split?

Only if you confirm it. Tell your assistant which splits are deliberate, such as by geo or language.
